In this role, you won’t just be executing a pre-packaged graduate cycle; you will lead and own the firm’s national early careers and employer branding strategy across six offices. Partnering directly with senior leadership, you will translate high-level growth goals into a sophisticated talent and employer brand roadmap. This is a pivotal leadership role in a mid-sized firm where you have genuine influence over strategy, allowing you to move beyond the "big firm" administrative grind to drive real, visible impact.
Key Accountabilities:
You are an established talent professional with significant experience in early careers and employer branding, ideally within a legal or matrixed professional services environment. You are a proven strategist who thrives in a "hand-on-the-wheel" role, possessing the gravitas to engage Partners and the creativity to evolve traditional recruitment into a sophisticated brand experience. Commercially minded and highly authentic, you possess the resilience to navigate a partnership model while maintaining the wit and personality that makes the culture unique.
This is a rare opportunity to be a key leader designing the future talent pipeline of a leading firm with a national footprint and a boutique feel.
